Grounding Practice for Calm and Protection

Putting our feet on the earth has some really fantastic health benefits. But it can be hard to get to the beach or too cold outside to put your feet in the grass. Grounding ourselves and energy is a really helpful way to stay calm, balanced, and protected, and I like doing this visualization every morning after I brush my teeth. Using a blend of essential oils from trees to amplify this practice, I’ve found that it really helps my system throughout the day. I walk you through how to do it in this video.
