The Best Essential Oils for Reducing Stress

Managing our stress is so important, especially now. When the body is under stress, the functioning of our immune systems get suppressed. Our nervous system can only be in stress mode OR healing mode, and healing mode is when all the systems of our body do what they need to do to keep us in balance. ⁣

Keeping ourselves calm and balanced can be really challenging with the current global headlines, drastic routine changes, and anxiety about how this is all going to play out. What I love about using essential oils is that they can work in moments where I really need it.
