Healing Spotlight: Grounding

Sometimes you just need to put your feet in the sand...even in the middle of winter (and apparently it runs in the family!).

My body craves grounding often (especially around a full moon!), and when I can’t get to a beach, I turn to my essential oils to help me feel more stabilized and connected.

One issue that I often face is excessive mental chatter at the end of the day , so I want to share my favorite oil + acupoint combo that is amazing at pulling all that energy down and promoting a deeply restorative sleep. This also works wonders on highly energetic toddlers who get a second wind right before bedtime.
